This isn't true in the UK.... The Rhapsody/Napster deal is a US thing and doesn't affect the Napster service in the UK at all. My understanding is that Napster has considerably more music than Spotify, but Spotify streams at 320k vs Napster's 160k. Napster is £5 monthly and Spotify is £10. I use Napster personally and have yet to find anything that has 30 second previews.
