In the Web interface, now that I combined ARTISTS and ALBUM ARTISTS into one list, the list under Artists is correct. See below. 29064 But if I add "Artists" to the menu of my Transporters, it is not correct at all. I only get three of the items, and they are displayed multiple times.

I held the + button while plugging it in. When it started, it said "out of decoder memory" and still will not play. I tried upgrading Transporter2 to the latest nightly, and now it is dead also!. Reverting to its previous install did not fix it. Where do we get old nightlies from? Thanks, Jim

I ripped a Blu-Ray DVD to a 96kHz, 16-bit PCM file. It "plays" on Transporter in the sense that the progress bar moves, but no sound comes out. The same file plays properly in my Subsonic server. How do I adjust things so that it plays on my LMS also? I am running Logitech Media Server Version:

http://www.subsonic.org/pages/index.jsp I have also been using Subsonic to stream my music collection externally via the Web, and to my Mac (since SoftSqueeze no longer works). It handles everything flawlessly, and has a really nice Android client called Dsub. I highly recommend it.

But, how can I tell whether the lossless files are indeed sent to the Transporter? The device/sound page only allows you to select the goodness, which I suppose applies to mp3s. I wish iTunes let me rip to FLAC, but it does not.

It is the latest server 7.5.1 in Linux. The SoftSqueeze is 3.7 Java is 1.6_20 When connected via the tunnel, the log keeps saying lost contact with Slim server, so SoftSqueeze displays its correct screen, then lost connection, then the screen, many times a second. -- jarome

I found 3.8 from SourceForge. I get the same results. And when I connect via ssh tunnel on my laptop, and it keeps disconnecting, my SoftSqueeze on my desktop starts to blink, so the server is being taxed. -- jarome

The problem is running two SoftSqueezes (from different machines) at once. If I turn the one on my desktop off, the laptop one works through the tunnel. If the desktop one is also on, both go beserk. Is there a limit of only one SoftSqueeze at a time? -- jarome

the current track and then stops. If I hit Play, it starts the selection over again. Or, if it is a radio feed, it plays the buffer and stops. Maybe this is related to the fact that I have my slim set to display Now Playing. How do I get the behavior I want? -- jarome
