I'm having the same problem. I've rebooted the server a few times and
the item hasn't come back. Any other thoughts to fix this?

The issue is now fixed for me. I thought I had the latest version, but
I had 6.2.1. I upgraded to 6.2.2. and the issue went away. Cool.

Yeah, I definitely waited for the scan to complete before trying to play
the music. That's not the cause of this for me. I think I'll try the
downgrade.

I just discovered this same issue on my squeezbox3. I did the clear
rescan and that didn't fix it. Does anyone have an update on this
problem since the last post? I really don't want to go through my
library and start moving files around and rescan 3 times.
