Hi all, after receiving an android box for a Xmas present, I was
wondering if this could be used as a squeezebox and controlling it

via my
Although I only own one I have progressed through from original
squeezebox, Boom, Duet and now touch. Well they just work and for me
music is not something I play constantly, however the squeezebox is
always there when I need it. Just like a loved one.
Merry Christmas all, from the U.k, the Midlands, freezing outside so I
am watching my favourite movie. The time machine

I have just connected my squeezebox to a power down plug and wondered is
it possible for the squeezebox when plugged in to always be powered on,
as ready to play music rather than having to get the remote and turn it
on.
steve

then press the power on button again it turns it all
off, i really need it to be told by the server to always be on. I have
an amp connected to the power down plug as well so when i press power
on remote it powers on all my system.

I use a popcornhour and it is one of the best items i have
purchased,Great for movies. I have fitted a internal hardrive and it
takes only around 15 watts and plays back nearly all video formats, so
good i shall buy the new one when it comes out in a few weeks.
