Doesn't the controller download
I just installed SC 7.2.1 on my Windows XP (+SP3) setup. SqueezeCenter
works fine. The controller says an upgrade is ready. It copies the
upgrade, verifies for a while, then puts up a message box: There was a
problem upgrading this remote. Please try again, or contact support.
I have tried
I ran into the same thing, but got it worked out. I turned off my
Controller, rebooted my Ubuntu 8.04 server that runs Squeezecenter (I
had not rebooted since upgrading to 7.2.1), turned the Controller back
on, ran the update, Controller reboots and I'm now on fw: 7.2 r3191.
