I'm currently trying to update to 7.1 but the screen freezes as soon as
I press the brightness button to initiate the update. I can't get back
to settings either as that also freezes the screen.
Is there a way round this? Can I go back to 7.0?

Good afternoon.
My controller keeps telling me that there is an update available, but
everytime I click on begin update it seems to start then it just
reboots.
What can I do... Can't even use the controller as it keeps wanting the
update.
Thanks.

Just had this on mine - managed to get it to update manually.
Hold the back arrow button to go back from the update screen. Go
settings, advanced and then software update - let it do its update then
it should work.
Cheers
