Yeah, well, similar thing happened to me today. My settings were to turn
off the controller's screen to extend its usage (no screensaver...). But
anyway, I took it from the cradle and white color all over the screen?.
Bright white. Tried with resetting it to factory settings, turn it
off/on, took
What did tech support have to say?

You could try doing a factory reset on the controller (it's probably the
first step tech support would ask you to do anyway). You do this by
holding down the add button (+) while you power on the controller. Of
course it should be powered off prior.
