[slim] How do I set player menu settings globally (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

I carefully edited my player menus the way I'd like to see them ... only to find out they only apply to only 1 IP address. How can I tell Slimserver to use my menu selections for all IP addresses? Thanks! -- mkanet
