Not sure why you would using LMS to view your photos & music?
I can view my photos & movies on my TV that are stored on my PC.
The easiest way is to enable DLNA server in windows 10. Here's how >

1 LMS 7.7 is ancient. Install 7.9.2.xxx
2 If the host is Windows then consider Plex for photos & movies
