I believe the displays manufacturer stopped producing these a while
ago. I guess your only chance here is to source a second-hand unit with
a functional display.

The display on my SB1 has stopped working after years of continuous
service (6? 7?). I have newer Squeezeboxes as my primary music devices,
but this SB1 has been an excellent clock radio and I'd love to keep it
