There appears to be a problem manually entering ips of Squeezecenters of
Duet Controllers.
When entering first ip of each octet the only options are 0,1,2
That presents problems if you have a network that is for instance
192.168.3.x
Software Version :
7.0 r2090
I'm entering a bug report...

Can you enter it as 192.168.003.x? I've seen some interfaces where
each octet has to be 3 full digits, with leading 0s if necessary.
Not ideal, but give it a try if it's blocking you.

Yes, that works. I didn't think about entering the zeros. It's late.
I'll close the bug report.

Nah, it would still be a good improvement for it not to require you to
enter all the 0s. I was just saying that there is maybe a workaround,
and maybe it's not a severe defect due to that. But I'd leave the bug
report open. It's still a good idea for an improvement. The less
technical you are,
Now I see some of the functionality, good.
I don't mean to be snide or anything but documentation is a big deal
with any sligthly complicated product.
The time and effort (and cost) is seldom regognized, and is often an
afterthought.

Oddly the forum's file size limitation on .bmp's means you have to
transcode it to .jpg or .png.

I wonder how you input text to perform a search function. No clue on

Out of curiosity, how are you producing these screenshots? Photographing
the Jive, or something trickier?

I would just like to second this point. I have been waiting and watching
eagerly for this product, but am not sure whether or not to purchase
because of the high price.
Now I am not saying that it is not worth the money, in fact the key
issue here is that I haven't got a clue, because we don't

Is the closest thing yet.
some thing similar but more detailed would be nice in the product
description for the controller.
So it's about time to do the manual guys ;-)
It's funny in all this release hussle, nobody have worked out a

Hello,
Is there any way to have Slimserver NOT scan? The problem is, due to
podcasts, etc,. everytime I turn on the computer, Slimserver starts the
25 minute scan. Can I set it so that I choose when to scan the system
rather than it being an automated process?
Many thanks,

OK, last night a friend was over and brought by a CD from a local band.
I ripped it to FLAC and went to play it. If I rescan my library it only
finds one song by the artist, the first one. If I got to browse folder
instead of browsing by artist etc. it sees all the songs but if I try
