Can you enter it as 192.168.003.x? I've seen some interfaces where each octet has to be 3 full digits, with leading 0s if necessary. Not ideal, but give it a try if it's blocking you. On Thu, Mar 6, 2008 at 9:42 PM, nswint [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: There appears to be a problem manually

Yes, that works. I didn't think about entering the zeros. It's late. I'll close the bug report. -- nswint nswint's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15246 View this thread:

Nah, it would still be a good improvement for it not to require you to enter all the 0s. I was just saying that there is maybe a workaround, and maybe it's not a severe defect due to that. But I'd leave the bug report open. It's still a good idea for an improvement. The less technical you are,

Push pause+RW to take screenshot, and use SCP to transfer the .bmp from /usr/bin on the Controller to the PC. Oddly the forum's file size limitation on .bmp's means you have to transcode it to .jpg or .png. -- Skunk http://www.last.fm/user/TheSkunk/

I wonder how you input text to perform a search function. No clue on that wiki page. use scrollwheel to pick from a column of letters. scrolling moves the column, so the cursor is always centred vertically. Then pick the character with the middle button and repeat. First character is so you
