Thanks so much for the advice on looking up an alternate URL. I hadn't
even been aware that the regular URL stopped working. I've had a Duet
for a few weeks now, and have found that I listen to MPR's The Current
quite a bit.
I'm afraid that this might be an effort to lock out hardware streamers
The URL in the pls works OK for on SC with SB3
http://classicalstream1.publicradio.org
When using the pls direct there is a very very long delay.
I'd advise to contact the station re quality.
