Off topic - not squeezebox related. Sorry, but ... I just bought an amazing little $20 gizmo called the flirc.
This allows you to use virtually any remote to control your PC - I bought it specifically to use with XBMC media center program which I have piped through to our TV. I've got an old Medion 6-in-1 remote (5 euro special) set up to control the XBMC interface - works pretty well. It needs a degree of geekiness to get it installed and working, but I was up and running with basic button presses in under 5 mins.
