I recommend Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me with a caveat. It's kind of a
quiz show based on current events and much of it is US centric news, so
I'm not sure if someone outside the States would find it as amusing.
I subscribe to the podcast using the Mediafly app, just checked and you
can also get it
Thanks Ron. I'll go explore their website. It's simply amazing how
much good entertainment is available across the globe these days. I
feel my life is enriched by hearing perspectives from other lands as I
shelter by my log fire in my little valley surrounded by Scottish
farmland.

wondering if some kind North Americans could suggest NPR streams or
programmes that are interesting for a BBC Radio 4 listener...
Likewise I am struggling to find my way round the CBC streams but

If you go to http://www.cbc.ca/radio/, you will find links to various
programming. The list at the bottom of the page is blank a this
moment, but you can click on Radio 2 or Radio 1 or Radio 3 and go to
those respective networks, and details. At the top of the page, under
