Don't know about web sites but there are numerous Comedy stations
accessible on your SB player.
Internet Radio > Talk > Comedy (same for the TuneIn app, which is the
same menus)
Then other services like Pandora, Slacker, Radionomy, etc.. all have a
Comedy genre.

I'm a big fan of OTR radio, specifically comedy shows Like Fibber,
Gildersleeve, Benny, etc. I've found a few sites that do a mix of
programs from Detectives, suspense shows, and some comedy sprinkled in.
Some comedy are offered as Podcasts only which you have to resubmit to
get the next show.
