Depends on your browser configuration. When I access stream.mp3 with my
browser, a browser plugin launches which let me listen.

If you can already access the web UI from work, you've already won half
the battle. Otherwise, you need to adjust your home networking gear to
forward the necessary Squeezecenter ports to your server.
Make sure you have LAME installed on your server.
