For the next major revision of SqueezeCenter the whole database backend
and scanning system is being overhauled. This is being refered to as
NewSchema. You can read more about it in the Wiki -

Yes it does.
I often use it when I've got the odd tag wrong. I move the album's
files out of the library, do a quick rescan to remove them from the
database, fix the tags, move the files back and do another quick
rescan.

Any chance rescan option for "remove entries for deleted files" can be
added? Since it takes 6 hours to do a rescan on the qnap.
