I have mine running through a Behringer Dac and Naim amplification, though I'm looking to feed it through my MF dac. I did try it using hdmi through my Onkyo and pure audio but the sound was thicker and less dynamic. Give it a try though and let me know what you think.

You're better off getting a Wandboard or a Pi. I have a pi running LMS and Squeezelite player controlled by my iPad. Works great and sound quality is on a par with the SBT. Better still it has cost much less than the Touch.

Logitech bought out two of the best, most highly-praised products in home-entertainment integration, the SB and the Harmony remote, and managed to run them BOTH into the ground. Hard to imagine anyone pulling off such a feat without actually setting out to destroy the company, but it seems
