Sounds like your antivirus is causing you the trouble. There are MANY
posts solutions in the forums, but it comes down to either ignoring
*.MY* files in your antivirus or just disabling your antivirus.

I have found that pctools spyware doctor give the problem.
But now I have after the scanning no artist info.
