I haven't used Rhapsody but both services advertise 14M tracks.

Haven't tried because I wanted to use on both SB and my iphone and ipad

switching from Spotify.
I can verify the MOG does work on

I've not yet tried Rhapsody. MeSue seemed to like it the best. I can

Agreed. MOG is great.
Love it on the computer, love it on my iPhone, love it on Squeezeboxes.

I just switched from Rhapsody to MOG.
MOG allows user to stream in more than one place, previously, if I were
to listen to Rhapsody at work, my squeezebox at home would stop playing.
With MOG I can now stream in multiple places and use SqueezePlay to
sync Totally with one of my other players.
Just as an update, MOG and Spotify are available on SB devices now. On
my Transporter, Spotify took a little work to install but MOG has a
native app that works quite nicely.
Goodbye Pandora ONE.

I think the WAV plugin works only on a PC, but I'm not sure. Here is a
thread that talks about the plugin.

Here is a Wiki that has lots of info on the plugin.

I'm pleased to report the WAV PlugIn works great for streaming audio
from my PC to my SB receiver. Many thanks to Joe Bryan wrote the
original plugin.
I've used the MOG music service a lot over the past two weeks. They
really do stream at a high bitrate. It sounds like 80% of the tracks

Another plug for Radio Paradise - I listen to their AAC+ stream and the
quality is excellent...and they play terrific eclectic music to boot.

I thought Pandora's paid service offered 192k streams... or is that only

A few people posted in Slacker's support forums recently asking for
higher bitrate streaming for their web player and home devices... don't

After learning that MOG wasn't supported on SB, I resigned myself to
accepting 128K streams. The fidelity isn't great, but at least I
could build a personal catalog of music. I listened to Pandora,
Slacker, and Last.FM over several months. I settled on Last.FM
because they have a large
maybe if Logitech wants to sell more radios,they will come to some type
of agreement with MOG to develop native software.
I know Andy certainly has the skill set to do this.

Maybe Andy can clarify exactly what bitrates we get from the various
services. SBS indicates that Rhapsody streams at 192K.

Hello All,
I have a Squeezbox Duet and have been exploring different Internet
Radio and Music Streaming Services (Last.fm, Slacker, Pandora) for many

at 256Kb or higher. Heck, I'd even consider 192Kb. In fact, very few
It would be good to know where you are located, as no services are
available in all countries. Overall, other than a few internet radio
stations, very few services stream at 256kbps or higher. Maybe Spotify?

Well there are many high bitrate stations, but I think the OP wants a
service, not just a stream.
ShoutCast App alone shows this many streams:
320k = 160
256k = 184
192k = 500
