To start, you can have both wired and wifi running. So if you go to the
diagnostics page you should see both IP addresses. You can test both IP
addresses by accessing the pCP Web GUI. It will work with both IP
addresses.
If you don't see a wifi IP address, there is a problem
I was able to get a wireless keyboard to work, that is until I tried to
enter the password
I found the log in info SSH TC@my ip address
then I found somewhere else the password is piCore(?)
put I could not enter that. It was like the keyboard was disconnected

All Raspberry Pi 4 models have WiFi.
So something strange is happening.

output to verify that WiFi really is enabled.
Is there anything in your WiFi SSID or password that is "unusual" (not
simple a-z,0-9).
