I used to DX shortwave when I was a teenager. Now I'm DX-ing again many
moons later.
My listening routines:
from approx 16.30 CET to 18.00 CET weekdays i listen to P1.
from approx 18.00 to 22.00 weekdays less regularly to P2
various times at weekends to P1 and P2
No interruptions at all this week
Listening in Estonia. So far so good...

I finally got around to put in 'Ekot' mp3's to the RSS feed app.
This works, but I can't see a way to add top of the feed to
favourites.
Anyway-
All other shows are in m4a format:

I have had Sqeezebox Radio for 4 weeks for the first 3 weeks SR worked
perfect. Now it buffers all the time. All other commercial stations
still works perfect.
The adress to the stations comes from webradio/local stations
thanks

The sverigesradio.se streams have become terribly unreliable
for me (I think) since the new domain was launched.
Tried both the mp3 streams and the AAC URLs, direct and via
radiotime.com, see below. Sometimes
works for 15 minutes sometimes stops after 15 seconds.
Thought it was only P1 for a whil

I can finally stop hacking the webplayer to try finding the stream URL
:-) since it's my only way to listen to P3 from Switzerland!

The streams are more reliable now than before (Malmöhus). Listening
through my Squeezebox Radio the sound quality are good. Are between two
houses now and can't offer a review on a bigger hifi system.
So far so good !

Thanks for the links. Too bad they don't embed now playing info in their
streams.
Is there a way to scrobble these radio stations? (Doesn't have to be
Squeezebox-based)

Agreed. The first casualty of the 'Loudness war'
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loudness war) is the sound. The second
casualty is our ears.

Did stream without any problem last night. The sound compared to wma
96kbs is richer with more bass.
It think it's a bit louder than the wma stream.
Please don't destroy the sound quality by ading to much loudness like
Radio Venus has done. I get tired of listening to Radio Venus after 15
min e
The streams seem very unreliable. Troubles connecting, drop-outs,
interruptions. Often one stream works OK, but repeated attempts to
connect to another doesn't work for an hour.

The P3 Star stream has been unstable all afternoon.
Radio Venus streams at the same bitrate and works fine.

I haven't tested that much. I just checked that it works with my
Squeezebox and it sounded fine :). I also made a new SR playlist with
all the new links (.pls).
