I have my library organized by directory structure. I always use "Browse Music Folder", and I make heavy use of symlinks for cross referencing. For example...
/classical/composers/bach/keyboard/wtc/gould /classical/performers/piano/gould/bach/wtc ...the first path is the actual directory of Glenn Gould playing Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier, and the second path is a symlink to it. In 5.x, when I browse the second path, it looks like this: classical -> performers -> piano -> gould -> bach -> wtc Great. But in 6.x, it chases the symlink and displays the name on the other end, so I get something that's not what I want: classical -> performers -> piano -> gould -> bach -> gould I hope this example illustrates why this behavior is a problem.
