The same thing has begun happening with CBC channels (eg. Jazz,
Classical) -- I know that it is a different country, but this is very
recent.

You can be finding iHeart (Clear Channel) stations that way. They're
the ones that cause the problem to occur for me.

Yep the local station I listen too ( WAEB AM 790 Allentown) also
streams in Iheart and is a Clear Channel station. This is what I was

I am in the US trying to play a news station in my state only 50 miles
away but sometimes I get the announcement This station is not
available in your country and a very loud static noise is played. But
when I select the station again it plays fine. Does anyone else run
into this or know why
Happens to me as well. I have gotten it to work sometimes by pushing the
FF button. When that doesnt work I just push another preset and then
back to the one I want. 99% of the time this works, and if it doesnt
then I repeat till it does.
