What format are the files in? Not sure if this matters (one of the experts in this area would know for sure) but are you transcoding the files on the server or local to the SB3, using bit rate limiting, and what are your setting in SC for handling the file type you're sending to the SB3? Only

ok, so bought some Gimmell studio master files at 24bit 48khz resolution and my SB3 is connected via coaxial digital out to a Dacmagic DAC, which is capable of reading 48khz signals. But the signal from my SB3 when playing these 24bit 48khz files is still showing as 44khz on the DAC - any ideas
