They're saying the old platform will continue but for how long until
you'll be forced to move over to UE platform to continue enjoying the
experience?

The minute Logitech feels they can legally drop supporting mysqueezebox
and LMS , they will do it . So what is the warranty on a Touch? One year
?
I give it a year or two .
No more Logitech products for me . They discontinue and give up on
product lines way too soon .
