I recently migrated all my FLAC and MP3 to a Vortexbox Appliance. In
order to retain my playlists, I used "listfix" to re-establish the
mapping for all songs in the playlists.
My problem is that my SB Classics can see my playlists, but they all
appear to be empty. If I go back to listfix it show
Hi Hayder,
any progress?
Does it work again?
Forgot to mention: if you didn't upgrade SqueezePad to version 1.7.4
you might get connection problems against the 7.5.4 server (Logitech
changed some inner workings compared to 7.5.3, so I had to change some
lines as well).

Hi Guy48065
I definitely don't want my app to be restricted to phone users.

Why not croping the picture (like it's done on the Radio, for example),

I've built two OSS static binaries for you to try.
1. squeezeslave-oss-static-lnx26-mipsel-1.0-251 - Same build options as
the 1.0-225 just the latest code.
2. squeezeslave-oss-static-padev-lnx26-mipsel-1.0-251 - Latest code but
uses the newer portaudio library but is only OSS no alsa support.

Hi!
First of all thanks for the great app!
I have been using it for few days and I'd have one feature request:
When disconnecting headphones it should pause or mute.

How do you purchase this for tablet use when one doesn't have a "phone"
to download to? "Phone" looks to be the only DL choice from the market

The Archos internet tablets are more "tweaky" than a typical i-whatever
device but they do work well, look good and are cheap. IMO a good fit
for the Squeezebox because it too needs tweaking to get the most out of
it :)
I'm using SqueezeCommander on an Archos 101T and it definitely is NOT

Hello,
I am having a problem with selecting audio devices with squeezeslave.
It's not a squeezeslave problem but more of a Windows 7 HDMI audio
connection problem.
My HDMI connection is plugged into an Onkyo receiver. When the receiver

Hallo zusammen,
First time I post, so let me say nice to participate!
FYI. As far as I have tested, the scroll problem occurs only when I
have a Sense based ROM. If I install a non-sense ROM as CM then it
works correctly (sometimes some lag on scrolling) but no scroll
problem.

I had previously switched off each component separately. Switching them
all off at once seems to have done the trick. Still don't understand
what caused the glitch.

I'd prefer icons that are the same or similar to the Logitech ones.
Even if you don't like them, I think it's best to be consistent.

You will probably also have to deal with the non-square artwork problem
when you get internet radio artwork supported.

OK - so I've searched but sometimes there's just too much detail to wade
through so I'll risk the flames and post a simple question.
I'm after a cheap (second-hand) tablet to control my SqueezeNet (see
sig) since my Controller screen is dying. Preferred screen size 5"-7".
There was an Archos 5 8G

Take a look at the attached image. The album itself is a 4-cd collection
where the individual cd's don't have any cover. So this tall image is
the only possible album art, and it looks horrible if drawn out to a

I wonder if this 3D sound filtering process is CPU intensive or not.
Can it be cheaply implemented?

Yeah, looks like I was wrong about the "3D" source material bit. Never
the less, Logitech don't need to do anything to support material
processed by this filter.

The volume knob on the amp you mean? Well, if it does function
relatively linearly up to a certain level, increasing the volume on the
signal being fed to amp's inputs would at least make it behave more like
it does with his other units.
