This morning for reasons I cannot recall I decided to take the plunge
and install 7.1.1 (my latest version was 7.5.4 or so)
Intall ok, BUT it produced no songs at all (library is around 1)
and so when I then tried the various re-scan options it seems to stick
on the first
server.log and scanner.log ? Do they tell anything .
does it works if you use Music Folder .
did lms retained it settings, basic settings music folder ? Untick
everything but music do not include pictures or video for the music
library.
Try unc path instead of drive letter ? Is this a network

Hi - when trying to play Absolute Radio 70s on my SB3, I now get a
spoken message saying this stream is not compatible with this player.
Any idea what to do? It used to work!

Most of todays Android tablets are running 2.3 and will most likely not
get 4.0 unless you get assistance from XDA.
I had thought about getting a Galaxy S 5.0 or a Galaxy Tab 7; even

that the Acer Iconia Tab A500 (which I purchased because the wife
monopolised my iPad) gives acres of room to display lots of information
in an uncluttered fashion.

I have SB Classic with Firmware 137 and use WIN 7 and organise my music
library with iTunes.
My library is around 8 Gbts in size and mainly consists of the stripped
contents of CD's which I've collected over the years.
Recently I have added many individual .mp3 files which I d/l from the

What about when you try from the LMS web UI? Same thing? Sure that
port 9000 is not in use by another program?
LMS Control Panel Diagnostics, what does it show for ALL ports,
pings, IP's?

I run several old laptops with ShoutCast/Winamp comibinations for
streaming music inside my home, across the local network. I put them
into the favorites menu at mysqueezebox.com, and get the message that
there's no connection there, but there wouldn't be...for them.

I don't think gapless FLAC playback and sync with VB Player using LMS
is ever going to happen due to
I am a Squeezebox 3 user with SqueezePad on my iPad. I use the Triode
Spotify Plugin and have been getting confused about playlist creation
and use. Perhaps it is something I am doing wrong.
I should also mention that I use iTunes to organize my music.

er.. well, possibly because the app was written to present the
information in a format that I find useful rather than in one that you
find to be aesthetically pleasing?
