It's not a plugin but an App and purchasing it is a single click of a
button, I don't think anybody EVER found that difficult. It's what
hundreds of millions of iPhone users do every day.
Purchasing the In-App-Purchase is also just two clicks and also not an
issue for anybody.

Thanks for the advice - but the lost metadata issues that may arise from
converting 1100+ WAV albums is really concerning. I tried it last night
with one artist and six albums using dbpoweramp and mp3tag and it was
far from automatic as I had to do one album at a time for mp3tag to

I was assuming that the AAC copy for the iPods is lossy. So if the OP

Yes, sorry all. I saw use in iTunes but missed the for
If you're using a Mac you could get Max to do wav - flac conversion.
However, I'd try something else before that: use iTunes to do wav -
alac (apple lossless) and see how your SB server copes with on-the-fly
transcoding (needed with recent players?)
My old-style players won't do AAC or ALAC but

Exact, i corrected that.

ALL you need to do is enable iCloud on your iTingies. Done. No need to
buy anything, restore anything or whatever. That's what the post says.
OK, you may have to wait a few minutes, too, iCloud isn't always fast.
If that's already too
This problem is driving me insane (more or less).
I am running Logitech Media Server 7.7.2 on a Mac Mini. It starts and
stops fine after first install. However, after doing some changes to the
plug-ins pages, including installing the 3rd party Spotify plug-in,
things start to get messy.

But I do like your posts. Your tortured logic gives me a smile. ;-)
I have to agree, explaining how simple it is to get a discount on a key
feature (at least on iPhone, IMHO), when at the same time full price is
not outrageousÂ… makes things look a little complicated.
Even if discounts are really simple to get, now (I agree on that, too.)

I am a iPeng user and there are a large number of Apple iPod products in

What I really miss and want is the ability of squeezebox to pause and
rewind live internet radio and to schedule recordings. Hope that it
will do radio just like what a PVR could do to TV channels. It should
be easy for logitech to add that function to the media server.

Please tell that to those who are outraged and keep giving
single-star-rating on the App Store because they find iPeng too

Anybody that complains that it is too much money is out of their mind.
When my daugter got her ipod touch, i was all set to pay for the
playback feature again. I didn't have too. Plus you get free upgrades
