I am totally new for this..and im sorry to ask a quest like this...i
just bought a 5.1 ht(sony DAV DZ640)i love it soo much..but my question
is that...i have all my music files as mp3..i want to hear atleast a
song in 5.1.The supported USB music files are mp3,AAC,WMA9...I also have
some DTS
The latest version seems to have given up working on my setup - sits
there just attempting to connect to last server used.
Original version connects without any problems.

If you are using Android 4.1 or higher, can you enable verbose logging
in advanced preferences and then
My Boom was just a great sounding alarm clock device, unfortunately it
has suffered an untimely death.
My interest in a replacement is for a reliable and good sounding wi-fi
radio, I' use my other devices to listen to my music on my LMS.
I had A LOT of trouble with the alarm in the Boom
Squeezelite looks good --had issues with the glibc being too recent but
I might be able to compile my own. Thanks for the tip.
Any mpd architects out there working with mods using LMS (or not) I'd be
happy to hear suggestions. Ultimately I'd like to stick with the mpd
as central mechanism but
It is not an upgrade. What do you think the Smart Radio will do that
your Logitech Radio cannot?

an app like CatLog to do the same thing.

Help,Since the last outage my sb radio and my sbt won't connect to
msb,thou my sb3 and controller are working fine.
Pain in the backside,the alarm no work on the radio,and what's worse
can't get onto spotify.
Any ideas, just keeps saying incorrect password etc...

I upgraded my three Squeezebox radios to UE, and all went well. But I
notice on mysqueezebox.com that the orphaned Squeezebox radios are still
listed but with notation that they have been converted to UE. Is there a
way to remove these converted radios from the list?

Info Browser was working fine for me until I added a couple of RSS feeds
now the info browser appears and disappears for no particular reason.
The font for the RSS feeds is also unecessarily small

The above is one of several examples of what I have noticed lately where
Logitech support is suggesting a reinstall of LMS software wo getting
any real detail as to what setup the OP has or attempt to get
IMHO the reply in above case is absolutely valid: the user is running
7.5.x, while scanning and artwork handling have changed a lot since.
It's not worth investigating an issue based on such a system if it
probably has been resolved since.
