There's a problem with the MySB login right now that makes it impossible for an App to know that it's not registered. Affects iPeng, too. It's that way sine a change they did in December or so. Before, the App got feedback from MySB that it wasn't registered upon trying to contact and could show

Success! For those who go after me... I dis-assembled the unit (easy to do with a tork screwdriver) and then had a really good go at the casing with a dish scouring pad - the kind with a sponge on one side and a more abrasive plastic finish on the other. Tiny bit of soap + water and about 20 mins
