The net::UDAP probably doesn't discover since player is set up to use wireless so you could try to set up a wifi AP (with SSID and password the SB player knwos) and then connect the wireless AP to your LAN. Then net::udap may work as player would appear on LAN.

I have a similar situation with my SB Classic. However given I haven't used it for a while - and now want to create another zone - I'm not sure this is a problem with the Squeezebox itself or I need a remote (or the Perl Script mentioned earlier in the thread). Here's what happens: 1. Power On
