LMS crashed again. Any suggestions? What do you consider "crash"? The message “spotty.exe stopped working” seems to be triggering the crash. I'd be surprised if it did. Please tell me what is the MS VC 2015 runtime (32 bit!)? I cannot find it in the list of plugins. I never knowingly installed it. Is it the helper? If it is not the helper, where do I get it. Well, the spotty.exe you mention in the thread title is Spotty's helper application. You already had it installed. But did you ever install it correctly? Did you install the MS VC 2015 runtime (32 bit!)? Please get rid of ickStream asap. That's what's blocking your LMS from working correctly, not Spotty. Okuninstall and install brought me somewhat back but I continued to get that spotty.exe stopped working and the freeze. So, I uninstalled the spotty plugin and that prevented the error message and freeze. But, now of course I cannot get Spotify on the Squeezeboxes and I cant find the spotty plugin to try to reinstall it. Is the plugin listed under another name? Id like to get I have a premium subscription to Spotify and many of my playlists are based in Spotify. Thanks again to you for getting me back to LMS functioning. A little more relaxed now. The message error message “spotty.exe has stopped working” has prevented my LMS from working. I can no longer use my Squeezeboxes via LMS. Sad and I miss them. Any correction for this would be appreciated very much. That would happen on any LMS start? Hello @ralphy. I wonder if you can help me. I really like the default layout of Squeezeplay's "Now Playing" screen but I'd like it to show the track rating and maybe some other non-standard track information as well. SInce I couldn't think of any other way to get this information onto the Now Playing screen, I've fiddled around with Erland's CustomClock applet and CustomClockHelper which would replace the Now Playing screen with a custom version. But SqueezePlay's Now Playing screen (esp. the UI elements) is made up of so many different small image elements (buttons, backgrounds, bars, image parts of all sorts...) that I'm struggling to put them all into their right place to mimic the original Now Playing screen. Do you know of any CustomClock style that replicates the Now Playing screen 100%? Or alternatively, where can I find the information I need for the Now Playing Screen (name of all required image elements, their position...) in the SqueezePlay Code?
