My music library is mostly classical and the following works very well
indeed for me:
Album tag: individual work in format - - e.g. "Sibelius - Symphony No 3 - C Davis, Boston SO"
Title tag: Movement e.g. "I. Allegro moderato"
Composer tag: Composer, e.g. "Sibelius"
Artist tag(s): Main perfor

Have you looked at Klarita MUSO, which is still available to use with
Logitech Media Server. It covers so much and as a user I find it
invaluable.
It has specific classical music settings that may be of help to you.
I am not a classical music fan, but enjoy, from time to time, listening
