[slim] Patch Installer Failed

I just did a factory reset to my radio. I tried to install the "Low Volume Fallback Alarm" under Patch Installer and getting the "Patch not downloaded, failed to verify SHA checksum" error message. I did not see error message in the LMS server log. I am using Logitech Media Server Version:
