Bad WLAN card or not in socket can cause these symptoms even if
wireless is not being used.
SB3 will work without WLAN card - relatively easy to open (need torx
driver) and
Yep my SB3 has just also packed up. But the optical is not blinking. It
is just glowing gently.
So had to bring the old Pinnacle 1001 out of retirement. Shows up as a
SB2 in iPeng.

I just installed on mysqueezebox.com and the local LMS via plugin.
Working on every band I tried. Metadata OK with default webGUI.

(all ethernet)
*Cottage:* rPi4B-4GB/pCP7.x/4TB>LMS 8.1.x>Touch>Benchmark DAC I, Boom,
Radio
Seems to work. Material doesn't handle the metadata very well though.

I use the app in my iphone, "relisten" for listing to live music archive
shows and it works well. So using the API must be possible. (not that I
have the skills to do anything with an API).

Yeah, I haven't tried it in many years because it had quit working at
all for me.

Generally ... it works.
There are some that fail to play - but I just tried the first 4 under "
Live Music Archive | Recent Additions" and the top one failed but the
other 4 played with multiple tracks each.

Looks like you install it on both mysqueezebox.com and via LMS plugins
tab; at least that's what worked for me. It can then be found in
Material under "Apps". There appear to be no other settings.

Totally agree, I struggled but the end result is well worth it, keep at
