[slim] Is LMS on Pi 4 faster to load up from cold than LMS on Pi 3?

I run LMS on a Pi 3, which I turn off when not in use. It's fine but the one thing that annoys me is that it takes so much longer to fire up that the old squeezebox classic. If I buy and use a Pi 4, will it speed it up?
