Scrap the last post - I'm a fool.
It really helps if you remember which laptop you are on and hence the
name/ip of the localhost
All working fine now.

120Gb hard drives can be had for £100 ish these days so £229.99 seems
like quite a lot of extra cash!

anyone any idea why I might get these glitches at the start of each
song? It is almost as if something needs to synchronise (with something
else?) before the track can play properly?

- The same track from either listing has identical properties in
slimserver
- I can add any track from either listing and it plays fine.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

are where slimserver has (seemingly randomly) also
picked up the same version of the album from the mp3 directory...?!
I've done a complete music folder rescan and the problem is still
there. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Or is it a bug?
Many thanks

not
overlap. They live in separate directories under my top level music
directory. One called mp3 and once called flac. Slimserver is pointing
at the flac directory but it is picking up some albums from the mp3
directory as well. Don't even know why it should be looking there?

Any playlists?
Ah. Seems I'll take the numpty award for today. Had some playlists
which included songs from my mp3 directory. I hadn't set slimserver to
ignore mp3s so it was doing nothing wrong.
Thanks
