Hi,
I am using an SB1 in a commercial environment to play demos of CD's that we
sell. I ripped the demo CD's to my hard drive as MP3. Is there anyway to
go back in and normalize the volume, or does the normalizing need be done
when ripping? Since these songs are played as background music over
I am running a couple of wired gen 1 SqueezeBoxes. Slimserver 6.1.1 has
been running fine, but I thought I would try the latest version. I removed
6.1.1 and then installed 6.2.1, but it would never open. I removed it and

I have been toying around with internet radio, specifically on my SB1.
Slimserver tells me it can't parse and to reduce my streams. Can anyone
give me any guidance on playing streams on SB1 and SlimServer 6.1.1?
Thanks,

Luuk,
I am glad you worked it out. Could you give us more details? Does anyone
know if this will work with Sirius or XM (the internet versions)?
Thanks,
Mike

I am using SlimServer and SqueezeBox to play music in my business. I am
playing demos of music that I sell. It's background music and we have a
wired network so I think that the original SB is all I need. If anyone has
an extra one lying around or knows of a vendor that has any, let me know.
