Re: [slim] ANN: Orange Squeeze 1.3.0 released!
I admit I haven't read the whole thread, but I've searched through the thread and can't find any references to my 2 questions. Thought maybe someone might be able to point me in the right direction. 1) Current Playlist - accidentally playing a song while browsing the list. When I'm looking at the current playlist, I frequently accidentally start a different song playing when I either go to scroll or when I'm just holding the phone and accidentally brush the screen. Is there a way to disable touch to play on this current playlist screen? As an example - with Squeezer, touching the songs on the current playlist does nothing. Instead you open a menu with the little triangle drop down. 2) Alarm Sounds - doesn't show the currently selected alarm sound When I go to my alarms, it doesn't show the currently selected sound for that alarm. Anybody know if there is a different way (from this app) to see what the current sound is for any given alarm. -------- rmac321's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58482 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97467 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
Re: [slim] Debain package repository for LMS 7.8 and Squeezebox firmware
Michael: IIRC, the artwork cache growing forever was thought to have been fixed a couple revisions ago. Is that across all platforms? my artwork.db continued to grow in 7.7.3 and still grows now in 7.8. This is on a Windows machine. I deleted it today when it was up to 760,000MB. A while back I had to delete it as it had grown to nearly 2GB. What logs do I need, or where should I start to diagnose? Thanks. rmac321's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58482 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=100693 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Now everybody else shows out of stock as well, so I'm reluctant to re-order elsewhere. Anybody know if they are in stock anywhere? Any dual's in stock? The CSOS guys need help testing and I'd really like to get involved... ---- rmac321's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58482 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97881 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
Re: [slim] Timed switch to source or playlist?

Yes, you can set alarms that will change to a playlist or a favorite. I have several set to change at various times on different days. Just make sure you set the alarm timeout setting to zero if you want it to keep playing indefinitely. First, if it isn't already in Favorites, favorite your NPR channel so it will show up in the "alarm sounds" drop down. Go to your server settings, select your player, select alarm clocks. Pick your days, set the time and select your NPR channel in the favorites section of the alarm sounds drop down. Before you close the window, make sure you remember to click the apply button, lower right. ---- rmac321's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58482 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=100969 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
