Whoa, I just got what I think is the same thing after clicking a result link from a google search. Looks like the mobile style/theme of the forum gets set and and stays set. It can be reset in your forum settings, under General or by using a link with a styleid. I suddenly got something that looks like the desktop version of the forum. Tiny text.
