Actually, 2 is really easy. Download proxomitron, and start it. Change
your Browser to use a proxy server, configuring it to use
localhost:8080. Open proxomitron's log from the task tray, and you can
see all the HTTP headers. You'll see the URL that you're looking for.
For Live365, the URL scheme is:
live365://www.live365.com/play/station_name
