I think the argument is why create all the bad-will when over 90% of the music is sold drm free on cds anyway. I suppose that if they don't release the uncompressed version they still have something up their sleeve. Let's hope you get decent tags with it. -- gusi

Complete albums from EMI Music artists purchased on the iTunes Store will automatically be sold at the higher sound quality and DRM-free, with no change in the price. That's tough to resist for people like me who already have a hard time telling the difference between 128kbps AAC and lossless.
