Yeah, that's just silly.
Ebay and others are becoming more like the infomercials where the
inflated shipping handling charges is often where they make their
money, not the item itself.
Assuming 5 lbs and residential UPS ground delivery (5 days) coast to
coast (Las Vegas to NYC):
$17
I thought this said it is coming from Israel posting to anywhere in the
world for a flat $59?
Its not going coast to coast in America.

It says item location Las Vegas NV so that's what I based it on,
accurate or not I have no idea. I did not bother reading the details
beyond that.
If from Israel then $59 does seem reasonable.
