I have a couple of Pi3's equipped with HiFi Digi's w/XLR's
interconnected directly to a pair of Crown XLS series amps. I am using
Max2Play and Squeezelite SW. This setup has been working great for me.

As stated by others, in general all HifiBerry HATs are supported and
working on RPI 2/3/4 B models
I can give you one data point from personal experience. My DIGI2 Pro
works just fine on a Pi2 and a Pi4 running piCorePlayer. (I've never
tried it on a Pi3)
Until recently: Transporter -> ATC SCM100A, now sold :-(
House move forced change to: piCorePlayer(RPi2/HiFiBerry DIGI2 Pro) ->
Meridian

put the short sentence in quotes, so it looks for this exactly. Also, I
prefer to use

It's usually easier to just Google it using all the search "words" and
slimdevices.

I did do a search before posting but I didn't know how to search for a

Pretty sure piCorePlayer is compatible with all of the HiFiBerry
DAC/DIGI HATs. There was a thread here regarding some issues with the
newest, expensive board, though. Search if that's the one in which
you're interested.
Sorry if this is listed somewhere but I have yet found it.
Is there a list of the above HATs that are tested and useable with
picoreplayer on PIs 3 and 4?
Thanks
