I couldn't agree more : I really like the simple devices with VFD displays easily readable from a distance. I have a SB3 and a SB Boom and use an android phone w/ squeezecommander to control them, or the IR remote of course (and an harmony remote in the living room). I'm perfectly happy with them

If you don't like how the Controller works, then you certainly won't like how the Touch works. A lot of settings on the Touch can't be set from the server. Many settings, such as font size and menu order, don't have any options at all. -- JJZolx Jim
