Control Panel is usually Windows only.

If you have a smart phone get a SSH app and restart with a couple of
taps (if you can manage :p:))
Android; I use "SSH Button" and iPhone I think you

"Control Panel" and where is the restart button ? I'm using Logitech
Media Server on Linux. Doing it through SSH is needlessly laborious.
