At last got my SQ touch today..Started it playing Internet radio..Its
amazing..Superb products..I have still not connected it to Sq sever on
my PC..I think I will wait for few days to get stable server
version..But I am unable to save my favorite stations independently..Do
I need SQ server OR Mysq

I'd suggest you stick with your installed SBS 7.6, see if it works ok

Yes. Your player must connect to a server, either SBS on your computer
or TinySBS on your Touch or www.MySqueezeBox.com (MySB) online.

desktop PC on which I have still not installed any Squeezebox
server..(for which I need advice from my all of expert friends here) &
will play internet radio while pc is off..and will play music from USB
hard drive with pc ON and wi
I think you said elsewhere you wanted to use an usb drive - that has to
be run using the Touch tiny sbs server (on the Touch). So, you are
going to be switching between the Touch server and your PC server.
Im not sure but if you go that route then you'll be connecting to
mysb.com for internet
Ya..I will be using SB touch mainly to play internet radio only..

topic..Now I am very much worried as my squeezebox touch is about to
arrive tomorrow evening.Do I need to uninstall it from my Macbook ? if
