[slim] Turning SHN Files into FLAC files

What is the best way to turn a SHN(Shorten) File into a flac without having it turned into a wave file first? I have DB Power amp Music convertor but can not figure out if I can convert with out having the SHN files decoded first to a wace file -- travitz

dBpoweramp will convert directly from shorten to flac. It also has a batch converter built in. You can choose folders or individual tracks to convert. -- floydthecat floydthecat's Profile:

If you have the shorten decoder installed and the FLAC codec installed, dbpoweramp should be able to convert a whole directory tree from shorten to flac using the dBpoweramp Batch Converter program. I can't try it 'cos I don't have any shorten files to test it with, but in principle it should be
