If you use the web interface you can locate the server log in settings on the last tab, information. Scroll to bottom of the page and you will see Media server log file. If you click on it you can see the information. Michael, I, being a non techy, do not know how to check the server log. Changing to a previous nightly build did not help. Next, Im going to download the program that you had recommended (32bit). I appreciate all the help here. Right now, after some reinstalling the spotty plugin and re adding settings information , LMS has been stable for about 6 hours ( no spotty.exe has stopped working, no freezes preventing LMS functioning ). Album art and list of previously saved albums are gone ( maybe will return after scan). Playlists in LMS now work! And Im thankful. Thanks for everyone who spent time on this for me. Michael thank YOU for all that you do for this SB ecosystem for so long a time! Thank you VERY much. Hopefully this stability will hold. Right now, good. Beautiful quality sound and music. The Squeezeboxes and its ecosystem are the best. No comparison to Sonos at all. Id be very disappointed without it. Please tell me what is the MS VC 2015 runtime (32 bit!)? I cannot find it in the list of plugins. I never knowingly installed it. Is it the helper? If it is not the helper, where do I get it. Did you install the MS VC 2015 runtime (32 bit!)? Please get rid of ickStream asap. That's what's blocking your LMS from working correctly, not Spotty. Okuninstall and install brought me somewhat back but I continued to get that spotty.exe stopped working and the freeze. So, I uninstalled the spotty plugin and that prevented the error message and freeze. But, now of course I cannot get Spotify on the Squeezeboxes and I cant find the spotty plugin to try to reinstall it. Is the plugin listed under another name? Id like to get I have a premium subscription to Spotify and many of my playlists are based in Spotify. Thanks again to you for getting me back to LMS functioning. A little more relaxed now. Any correction for this would be appreciated very much. That would happen on any LMS start?
